We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you – both those that we just met and those who have known us since the very beginning – for your continued support. We know that during difficult financial times it is easy to look for a less expensive option, and we sincerely appreciate your belief that our quality of care is worth coming in for.
During the hard times, it is more important than ever to invest in preventative care and maintenance for your feline family members. We have seen too many times the heartbreak that occurs when problems that could have been easily detected and treated in the early stages are only brought to us when they are so advanced that diagnosis and treatment is extremely costly and often ineffective.
Those of you who come here hopefully know and understand that we will always recommend the best possible care for you cat. If, for any reason, this course is not reasonable for you, we will work with you to find a viable alternative that works for everyone.
We understand that we are living during a time of unprecedented challenges. Small businesses like ours are on the front lines of the most severe economic crisis of our lifetimes. Many families are facing hardships like never before. We are in this together, and we would like to help where we can.
We at Albuquerque Cat Clinic would like to offer the following assurances to our clients. We are pledging not to increase prices on services for the remainder of 2009. Any price increases on products will only reflect price increases from our vendors. We are also expanding our payment options to make obtaining our services easier. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. In addition, we will now be allowing our clients, for a small fee, to let us hold checks or a debit card number to pay for services exceeding $300 over a period of 60 days.
We know you have choices to make - both regarding who cares for your cat, and what services to pursue. We continue to be touched and moved by the support of our clients who are pulling for us. As always, you have our sincere appreciation, and our pledge to continue to care for your kitties as if they were our own.
